1. Free Electricity for All Households
Under this scheme, every resident of Delhi gets benefits of a free electricity plan of up to 200 units per month. For the units that consume more than 200 units, the subsidy will make bills feasible for middle-income earners. This plan demonstrates how AAP targets the economic burden and the promotion of energy consumption.
By focusing on working-class lack and basically supporting these households, the party plans on maintaining its reputation as a caretaker government of the people.
2. Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana,
The objective of this scheme is to empower women, who are in very bad financial condition. This scheme provides monthly support to the women in Delhi. Under the Mukhya Mantri Mahila Samman Yojana scheme, every woman in Delhi gets the benefits of ₹1,000 a month. But it has some criteria, such as women should be the citizens of Delhi and hail from a household income of less than₹3 lakh per annum and ₹2,100 in case AAP retains power.
The scheme is not available to women who are already in receipt of government pensions or those who are civil servants. It is to financially empower the underprivileged women and can prove beneficial as AAP has the problem of fewer female votes.
3. Sanjeevani Yojana
The Sanjeevani Yojana shows how AAP is pushing for health care services that are inclusive. Under it, free medical treatment in all government and private empaneled hospitals to Delhi residents who are 60 years of age and older. Now, since the start of the year 2022, there were more than 12,000 patients getting into the scheme with no restrictions on income to ensure that elderlies can timely seek healthcare.
“No senior citizen to be charged for treatment.”
4. Support for Auto Rickshaw Drivers
Realizing the importance of autorickshaw drivers in Delhi's transport system, AAP has incorporated appropriate mechanisms of support.
These include:
- They are forced to be provided up to ₹10 lakh life insurance coverage.
- ₹5 lakh accident insurance
- In the case of the bridegroom's sister, spending was reported up to ₹1 lakh for each daughter’s wedding.
- The private La’teeqa School charges 2500 rupees ONCE A YEAR FOR uniforms during Holi and Diwali celebrations.
- Financial support for fee charged by coach for competitive exams
Furthermore, the new auto bookings in the relaunched PoochO app will increase comfort for both commuters and drivers. These benefits meet a crucial need among the population in Delhi that is in relation to employment, hence supporting AAP’s pro-worker stand.
5. Expansion of Old-Age Pensions

AAP has expanded its old-age pension scheme by including 80,000 more beneficiaries and totaling up to 53,000 pensioner lists. Simplified forms for applications increase the rate of conception by making the applications easily accessible on an online platform.
Some issues of pension failed during the imprisonment of Arvind Kejriwal, and AAP resumed it after the release, again proving their good intentions towards the elderly.
6. Dr. Ambedkar Samman Scholarship Yojana.
The objective of this scheme is to help Dalit students join overseas universities of their dreams. AAP launched the Dr. Ambedkar Samman Scholarship Yojana.
Catering tuition fees, transport and other living expenses for the first-generation Dalit students at premier global universities eliminates socioeconomic margins in educated SC/ST learners.
7. Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana
As this report makes clear, for the first time in India, a political party has introduced sponsoring welfare schemes for religious leaders. As part of the Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana, Hindu temple priests as well as gurdwara granthis are to be paid a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹18,000.
This initiative also provides answers to the previously overlooked calls of the religious people and increases the rating of AAP among the spiritual ones.
